I have been a builder for 20 years, at one stage had the nightmare of 35 carpenters on the books. I now have 6 good boys with me, and just a handful of regular clients. These clients only want the best quality workmanship and materials possible. Over this time I have seen all sorts of gutter guard at work (or not work).

I met Earl a few years ago and liked what he showed me. I liked not having to drill into the roof and gutters, only having the small 2mm holes to keep the maximum amount of rubbish out, and also having a coloured Stainless was an excellent option. The only question I had was how good was the adhesive, being told it was a 3M product that was 100% UV stable and that it was warranted to the Leaffree company by 3M satisfied that question.

Earl has now put the Leaf Free Gutter Guard on about 10 buildings that I have been involved with. I’m very happy with how it is working and it looks very neat. It even solved the problem on a slate roof that could not be screwed into. The only other option for that roof was to use the tuck into the gutter stuff that doesn’t work well at all. I have also had Earl install it on my home and shed.

When we built our house we had installed at a big expense a tuck in cheese grater type gutter guard that turned out to be a disaster. We met Earl at the Luddeham show and really liked the concept of his gutter guard.

Not having to drill holes into the roof is a great thing and its very small holes gave us good piece of mind as we’re in a high fire zone area. We engaged Earl to remove the old gutter guard and install his stainless steel product to our house and shed. After a year we where very happy with how it was going so we asked Earl back to do our 5 valleys.

Another thing that we found excellent about the product was we could easily see into the gutter to see what was going on, compared to the other stuff that was impossible to see through. We were very happy with the service Earl supplied and would recommend him and the Leaffree Gutterguard product to anyone.

Wollondilly Shire Council approached Earl and Leaffree Gutterguard to install gutter guard protection to a number of our Council buildings around the Shire.

Earl and his team delivered a great end result on all our buildings and their workmanship was second to none. One thing I liked was their get in and get it done attitude; as soon their quote was approved the job would be started and finished in the next few days. I found the experience working with Earl to be great and would recommend Leaffree Gutterguard to anyone who requires this service.

Earl and his help were cheerful, had a very good work ethic, they turned up when he said they would, had excellent tools and procedures, and cleaned up perfectly after themselves.

As we were very happy with Earl he was offered a second contract approximately twice the size of the first. This contract also included using his Stainless Steel mesh that has the required 2mm apertures for ember proofing to ember proof weep holes, roof and wall vents and a large wooden veranda.

In all Earl would have installed in excess of 1,700 meters of gutter protection for Zauner Construction at the Creswell Naval Base. I have no hesitation in recommending Earl and his service to anyone. He will certainly be offered the opportunity to quote on any future work that may become available.
